Greet and guide customers, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with sales applications and financing, inspect and merchandise lot inventory, build customer rapport, deliver professional presentations, and maintain enthusiasm throughout the sales process.

Serve as an assistant principal intern supporting instructional leadership, curriculum fidelity, teacher development, data-driven interventions, scheduling and compliance. Conduct classroom observations, support professional development, maintain positive school culture, and participate in mentorship and reflective leadership development under the Lead Academic Administrator.

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle and MongoDB databases; write complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and ETL (SSIS/Informatica); perform performance tuning, backup/recovery, and deployment automation; work independently with business analysts to source and transform data from databases and files (XML/CSV); use Autosys and scripting for automation; document solutions and participate in Agile processes.

Sell new and used vehicles via BDC and VIP channels. Qualify and close high-volume leads, use CRM, provide exceptional customer service, handle service-department VIP sales, meet commission targets and work assigned shifts.

Process, audit, and analyze payroll to ensure accurate, timely employee compensation. Maintain payroll data integrity, support financial reporting and compliance, resolve discrepancies, manage deadlines and workflows, and improve payroll operations through analysis and problem-solving.
