Lead fundraising and donor relations to support students and campus priorities. Manage a portfolio of 75–150 donors, cultivate prospects, solicit major gifts and sponsorships, draft and track gift agreements, oversee scholarship and fund accounting, coordinate donor engagement and stewardship, and prepare donor-focused proposals.

Manage B2B customer accounts for a Diversity product line by providing product/pricing information, processing high-volume orders across channels, maintaining customer communication until resolution, handling returns/exchanges and shipping/customs documentation, and supporting cross-department coordination and reporting to streamline operations.

Manage and support enterprise applications for a credit union, resolve escalated incidents, lead application lifecycle activities, coordinate integrations and vendors, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with business partners to align systems with operational needs.

Independently evaluate the credit union's internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
