Lead and manage a team of executive healthcare recruiters, build and maintain client relationships, drive business development, oversee recruitment projects from start to finish, contribute to firm strategy, and monitor and improve team performance.

Drive and close channel partnerships with contractors, electricians, HVAC, solar/storage providers, builders and GCs. Own account success and expansion, build partner programs, represent Copper at events, and translate field feedback into product and go-to-market strategy in an early-stage startup environment.

Design and facilitate four 90-minute in-person or virtual professional development sessions (Science of Reading or STEM), attend trainings and rehearsals, submit materials for feedback, debrief sessions, and provide light follow-up support to K-12 Corps Members throughout the 2026-27 school year.

Lead commercial operations to drive CRM excellence, funnel optimization, and predictable revenue growth. Own Salesforce strategy, data governance, integrations, reporting, and a team of three to standardize processes, improve CRM adoption, and deliver actionable sales performance insights.

Drive new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling. Qualify inbound/outbound leads, deliver product demos, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs. Work in a hybrid role with regular weekly attendance in the Los Angeles office.

Work with account executives to qualify opportunities, respond to RFQs, propose technical solutions, process orders, support after-sales (RMAs), maintain CRM records, perform market and competitive research, represent the company at trade shows, prepare technical presentations, and help develop proposals and custom design projects.

Provide high-level administrative and operational leadership supporting the Executive Director and leadership team. Oversee admissions, onboarding, training, compliance, documentation, program reporting, continuous improvement, and supervision of administrative staff. Partner with clinical and support teams to maintain residential care quality, lead investigations and corrective actions, and support strategic goals and board updates.

Provide in-office helpdesk support: configure and maintain Windows/macOS systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/printer/connectivity issues, manage Google Workspace and SaaS seats (CRM, RingCentral), handle onboarding/offboarding, track IT inventory, and resolve tickets using an ITSM system.

Design, configure, and maintain Workday security across HCM and other modules. Build role-based access models, security groups, domain and business process policies. Troubleshoot access issues, perform SoD and audit reviews, support integrations and releases, create security documentation, and collaborate with HR/Finance/Compliance. Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotation.

Support HR Business Partners delivering full-cycle HR services including employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with California employment law, HRIS transactions and reporting, workforce analytics, HR communications, and process improvements across assigned client groups.
