The Senior Controller is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting, improving operations, mentoring the team, and driving process improvements in a multi-location industrial company.

Develop, validate, and deploy biomedical ML and deep learning algorithms on sensor data. Own end-to-end lifecycle from data curation to embedded/cloud deployment, run clinical study design and statistical validation, and collaborate with cross-functional R&D, firmware, and software teams.

Lead the university's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and internal control functions. Oversee year-end audits, Form 990, cash and investment management, general ledger and reconciliations, supervise accounting and budget staff, support VP/CFO on bond financing, covenant compliance, and Board reporting.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting onboarding and payroll data entry, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating orientations, preparing reports, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth HR operations at the resort.

Build and maintain scalable data platforms, pipelines, observability metrics, metadata-driven solutions, data transformations, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate data and meaningful insights. Responsibilities include optimizing transformations, implementing infrastructure as code, and administering or tuning Snowflake environments.

Manage account health and the churn lifecycle within an Account Team pod: monitor renewal runway, identify and mitigate churn risk, coordinate cross-functionally, provide strategic guidance to customers, and meet pod-level KPIs (response time, engagement, net revenue retention).

Supports preboarding for healthcare new hires by initiating onboarding, managing I-9 documentation, coordinating background checks and other pre-employment requirements, auditing employee files, verifying credentials, communicating with candidates, and ensuring compliance with healthcare, regulatory, accreditation, and Illinois-specific requirements.

The Analyst will work on various projects at the intersection of technology and policy, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, supporting community engagement, and contributing to business development efforts.

Lead and drive top-line revenue for traditional hotel sales segments. Analyze market trends, demand generators, and competitive environment. Use research data, P&L, forecasting, group/pace position and hotel reporting. Foster LEAN continuous-improvement culture, collaborate with team members, ensure exceptional guest service, and travel to industry events to promote the resort and destination.

Coordinate client billing and matter setup, manage prebills and invoices, ensure compliance with engagement terms and firm billing policies, process adjustments and trust funds, submit e-bills, and collaborate with attorneys and leadership on complex billing matters.
