Solicit and manage indirect auto loan accounts through dealer relationships. Underwrite, document, service, and collect loans while ensuring regulatory compliance, recommending loans for committee approval, and providing customer support and training.

Provide part-time DevOps support for a SaaS instance hosted in AWS GovCloud. Set up the new environment, manage Kubernetes-based deployments, and support releases by deploying updates to the GovCloud instance. The role requires maintaining uptime, reliability, scalability, and secure access for a high-stakes educational assessment platform.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for non-compensation expenses. Automate expense reporting, administer Prophix financial system, partner with executives to set targets, review monthly performance, and provide financial commentary to drive results.

Perform pre-funding and post-closing audits for new and renewed loans to ensure compliance with bank policy and regulations. Update loan records, enter exceptions into tracking systems, assist lending officers with exception clearing, scan/upload documents in Hyland, and prepare compliance self-audits. Participate in committee and board meetings as required.
