The role requires strong spreadsheet and accounting systems skills, meticulous execution, rapid learning, clear communication, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Manage aging balances, disputes, deductions, refunds, credit holds, and account documentation. Prepare AR reporting and support financial close and audits. Partner with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, customers, and leadership to resolve issues, improve processes, and support automation. Evaluate creditworthiness, establish terms and limits, monitor risks, and communicate recommendations.
