The Business Development Manager focuses on expanding revenue sources, building client relationships, and developing sales strategies to increase market presence and satisfaction.

Supports recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, payroll, time tracking, learning and development, employee relations, and general HR administration. The role focuses on serving a distributed, high-volume hourly workforce, especially part-time Client Onsite Associates. Responsibilities include reconciling timesheets, processing payroll, coordinating training, answering employee questions, maintaining records, and partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management for healthcare technology applications supporting PACE operations. Lead discovery, requirements, vendor relationships, implementations, integrations, go-lives, training, change management, and success measurement across platforms including Talkdesk, Salesforce, and Epic. Partner with clinical, operational, growth, technical, and vendor teams to improve workflows and scale technology across new healthcare centers.

Owns commercial relationships for an enterprise SaaS account portfolio, driving retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and new expansion opportunities. Manages full sales cycles, customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, forecasting, and pipeline development. Partners with internal teams, BDRs, and Marketing while navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology and includes 30–40% travel.

Lead dealership accounting and office operations, prepare monthly financial statements for General Motors, manage AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations and floorplan financing, supervise and mentor office staff, partner with department managers on profitability and expense control, and ensure HR and regulatory compliance.

Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, SaaS metric reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and FP&A process improvements. Partner with executives, department leaders, Accounting, investors, and the board on decision support, reporting, growth initiatives, resource allocation, and potential M&A activity. Ensure forecasts align with accounting actuals and support the scaling of a PE-backed SaaS finance function.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents. Support security policy implementation, security tool validation, access reviews, internal control assessments, vulnerability tracking, risk mitigation, compliance activities, incident reporting, and security procedure documentation. Provide technical security guidance to internal teams and customers while supporting audits and vendor security assessments.

Leads systems engineering for complex DoD and intelligence-community hardware and software systems. Responsibilities include requirements development and traceability, system architecture, SOA and DoDAF implementation, interface and configuration management, risk and verification planning, integration and testing, certification and accreditation support, network security hardening, troubleshooting, network design, and technical documentation. The role also provides technical direction, evaluates design alternatives, manages system baselines, and supports program reviews and control boards.

Assists with apartment community operations, leasing and marketing performance, rent posting, administrative reporting, resident requests, retention programs, supply inventory, and staff hiring, training, scheduling, and development. Requires apartment industry experience, familiarity with RealPage/LRO and OneSite or similar systems, strong customer service skills, and preferably bilingual communication abilities.
