Provide outreach, technical assistance, and programmatic support for pre-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship initiatives serving the Inland Empire.

Manage daily operations for a multifamily property, supervise office and maintenance teams, maintain occupancy and rent collection targets, inspect the property, oversee expenditures, support staffing, address resident needs, ensure Fair Housing and safety compliance, and prepare accurate reports.

Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities through personalized outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
