Manages the Park District’s IT service experience, including its managed service provider, helpdesk performance, technology vendors, infrastructure improvements, and user communications. The role also builds team culture, hires PM talent, and contributes to company-wide strategic planning.

Lead and supervise municipal land development and building divisions, manage plan review, inspections, NPDES/MS4 and stormwater/floodplain programs, coordinate with Public Works and agencies, oversee permits, consultants, budgets, and staff training, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental and construction regulations.
