Provides hands-on HR support for warehouse associates across day and night shifts. Responsibilities include responding to HR inquiries, administering timecards, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HRIS records, tracking attendance, preparing compliance documentation, coordinating training and engagement activities, and supporting workforce reporting.
