Build and scale React/TypeScript frontends, Python backends, cloud infrastructure, databases, and data systems. Improve developer experience, operate production systems, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction across teams. Collaborate closely with product and design while delivering reliable systems for monitoring, debugging, and updating connected devices.

The role requires strong product design and systems expertise, advanced Figma skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling production design systems.

Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across US and international locations, including EOR populations and payroll vendors. Ensure accurate, timely processing, regulatory compliance, internal controls, reporting, forecasting, analytics, and audits. Lead and develop an international payroll team, coordinate employee and compensation changes with HR, manage payroll compliance risks, and oversee vendor relationships.
