Design, build, and productionize LLM-powered systems (adaptive content, tutors, evaluators) and AI pipelines (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning). Prototype and optimize models across modalities, define AI safety/evaluation/observability practices, and collaborate with product and engineering to measure learner outcomes and iterate.

Design, build, and deliver front-end features with strong UX focus. Own technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a continuous delivery, microservices environment. Collaborate with Product, implement automated QA practices, and contribute to production deployments while practicing robust testing methodologies.

Develop responsive, accessible elearning courses from detailed storyboards using modern authoring tools. Apply layouts, interactions, templates, visual design standards, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Conduct self-QA, troubleshoot functionality and responsive behavior, incorporate feedback, maintain visual consistency, and collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, project managers, QA specialists, and developers on a large-scale federal learning initiative.

Own the CEO’s calendar, follow-ups, project-management systems, hiring operations, content execution tracking, metrics, reporting, and special projects. The role protects executive focus, enforces accountability across teams, coordinates hiring pipelines, analyzes financial and performance data, and builds scalable operating rhythms. It is a high-trust Executive Operations position with a performance-based path toward Chief of Staff responsibilities.

Lead go-to-market strategy and launch new verticals: identify opportunities, validate via demand generation and direct enterprise selling, build sales playbooks, guide product roadmap, and own deals end-to-end while collaborating with CEO/CRO.
