The Associate Attorney will represent clients in General Liability cases, manage legal documents, attend court appearances, and draft necessary motions. The role requires skills in legal analysis, communication, and case management.

Perform detailed material takeoffs and prepare project-specific quotes for small water and wastewater plant projects. Review plans and specs, coordinate with project managers, vendors, and engineers, send RFIs, enter item data, ensure pricing accuracy, and deliver completed takeoffs to sales associates.

Provide litigation support and administrative case management for attorneys: draft correspondence, pleadings, motions and appellate documents; perform legal research and pre-claim investigations; manage filings, e-filing (preferred), records, discovery, exhibits, calendars, and client communications; coordinate vendors and support case settlements.

Lead Alabama donor portfolio to raise $1–5M+ through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and acquisition. Partner with Executive Director, advisory board, and VP to set local fundraising strategy, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and meet revenue goals while supporting team initiatives.
