Owns day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, including multi-entity month-end close, consolidations, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, audit coordination, internal controls, and tax and treasury partnerships. The role leads process improvements, introduces AI-enabled accounting workflows, supports IPO readiness, and develops a small accounting team as a player-coach.

The Accounting Manager leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; financial reporting; general ledger, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
