Provide full-cycle, high-volume recruiting support for client organizations across multiple roles, levels, locations, and concurrent requisitions. Develop cross-platform marketing programs, media strategies, creative briefs, sponsorship packages, and polished client presentations. Collaborate with sales, planning, program management, account management, editorial, and creative teams; lead brainstorms, manage timelines, use research and data to develop insights, and support advertising pitches and deal closure.

Build and maintain pricing models for federal contract proposals, analyze solicitations and cost inputs, perform cost realism and price-to-win analysis, and support subcontractor pricing. Establish program controls processes, templates, training, and reporting standards while briefing executives, customers, and government stakeholders on performance and corrective actions.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, and redlining SaaS contracts; preparing amendments and RFP responses; managing contract intake, storage, exceptions, obligations, renewals, and compliance tracking; and using CLM and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and other business units to enable rapid contracting while maintaining risk controls and contributes to legal operations process improvements.

Architect and refine scalable cloud infrastructure software for enterprise and internet-scale environments. Responsibilities include developing robust software, designing systems supporting 1,000+ nodes, optimizing performance, and collaborating with distributed technical teams in agile environments.

Build and deploy production-quality software integrations within customer aerospace and defense environments. Embed with engineering teams, connect CAD, CFD, FEM, simulation, and digital engineering workflows to Istari’s platform, develop reusable solutions, and serve as the primary technical interface. Translate customer needs into product insights, contribute to architecture and roadmap discussions, and support technical proposals. The role requires onsite customer work, U.S. citizenship, and clearance eligibility.

Design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting mission requirements. Enhance ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations, develop automation and integrations, support DevSecOps release and maintenance practices, and deliver continuous platform improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement secure technical solutions across ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, Incident and Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management.
