Build and maintain relationships with physicians and practice staff to drive referrals to Stance Health. Conduct in-person and virtual visits, onboard practices, map workflows, track outreach and referrals in CRM, resolve provider issues, and share field insights to improve growth and operations. Represent the company at local events and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Design and own end-to-end data quality systems for managed AI data studies: define rubrics, sampling plans, automated checks, launch gates, drift detection, dashboards, and calibration. Investigate integrity issues, run root-cause analysis, build automation in Python/SQL, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality controls, train reviewers, and scale repeatable quality playbooks across programs.

Lead financial operations including vendor invoice processing with three-way matching, payment execution (ACH/check/wire), account reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Support P2P processes, vendor management, and implement/roll out Travel & Expense (T&E) programs. Coordinate integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo card solutions. Drive governance, testing, go-live, stabilization, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency.

Designs and leads manufacturing process improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma and engineering best practices. Supports multiple plants, analyzes data, develops standard work, prepares cost justifications, trains staff, and drives OEE, safety, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and community channels; track shipments, handle returns, and resolve order issues by coordinating with fulfillment partners; learn product SKUs and fulfillment flows; improve support workflows, documentation, and FAQs; participate in initial hands-on warehouse training.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.

Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and forums; diagnose workflow, integration, and performance issues; escalate to engineering; create documentation and knowledge base; improve product reliability and contribute to the community.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Reach assessment platform from pre-build through launch. Define 12–18 month roadmap and 3-year vision, translate MVP into actionable plans, run user research and discovery, lead a small product team, partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, define KPIs, pricing and GTM strategy, and manage beta/pilot programs and competitive intelligence.

Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor, advise on product selection and style, demonstrate product knowledge, support process improvements and special projects, and help maintain an inclusive, team-oriented retail environment.
