The Senior Manager, Planning and Governance will own CVS Health’s Front Store strategic marketing calendar, enterprise planning, prioritization, governance, and operating rhythms. The role coordinates campaigns, resources, dependencies, and stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams. Responsibilities include executive communications, reporting, dashboards, decision-making frameworks, risk identification, and improving cross-functional processes and operational efficiency.

Leads complex healthcare technology pre-sales engagements by designing integration architectures, explaining AI-enabled solutions, addressing security and interoperability requirements, and serving as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams. Assists with support requests, troubleshoots common technical issues, contributes to IT documentation and projects, and collaborates across the organization. The intern gains hands-on exposure to IAM, MDM, project management solutions, troubleshooting, and security practices while working hybrid in Midtown Manhattan.

Build and maintain automated ETL/ELT data pipelines, improve data quality and monitoring, optimize Postgres and BigQuery schemas and queries, develop internal tooling, support data governance (HIPAA), participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across engineering teams to scale data systems.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media; research target accounts; qualify leads; schedule meetings for Account Executives; maintain CRM records; nurture prospects; collaborate with marketing; and report outreach progress against targets.

Support cross-functional pricing and inventory programs from concept through launch and scale. Develop and maintain complex AEM Forms XDP templates for print, web, and correspondence channels. Build dynamic layouts, integrate XML/XSD, FDM, and JSON data, and perform hands-on Java full-stack development. Support a large migration effort through batch monitoring, pager support, documentation, standards revision, and team coaching.
