- Own and manage the Front Store strategic marketing calendar, aligning campaigns, promotions, and priorities across Rx, MinuteClinic, Front Store, and other business partners to ensure enterprise priorities are effectively sequenced and executed
- Lead enterprise planning and prioritization processes, including PCW and new initiative intake, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, message overlap, and execution risks before they impact delivery
- Establish and lead management routines, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks that drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and provide clear escalation paths across stakeholders and leadership teams
- Own executive communications, reporting, and planning infrastructure, delivering clear, actionable insights and decision-ready materials that provide visibility into priorities, performance, dependencies, and work in progress
- Drive operational excellence by improving cross-functional ways of working, reducing duplication, streamlining reporting, coordinating strategic planning activities, and creating a consistent view of Front Store marketing performance
