Manage full project lifecycle for ECM and business process automation implementations (Laserfiche, GovBuilt). Gather requirements, translate non-technical SOWs into configurations, coordinate stakeholders, track time and budgets, maintain project records, and support client-facing delivery with up to 25% travel.
