The Competition Analyst develops competitive case design strategies and works closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to optimize product positioning and drive sales for John Hancock's life and annuity products.

Full-cycle inside sales role focused on high-velocity public sector deals ($5k–$25k ARR). Prospect, qualify, advance, and close net-new logos; manage many concurrent short sales cycles; respond to RFIs/RFPs; align channel partners; maintain Salesforce/Clari hygiene and accurate forecasts.

Lead front-end process design for capital projects, producing P&IDs, control philosophies, equipment/instrumentation and relief valve specifications. Perform process calculations, relief system evaluations, support hazard studies and startup, ensure HSE-compliant designs, resolve process questions, and lead an initiative to improve process engineering efficiency.

The Tech Lead will own major features of the Android app, maintain reliability metrics, collaborate with teams, and ensure high quality of releases. Requires strong Kotlin expertise and user-centric problem solving.
