Lead complex technical issues, analyze usage and risk, develop success plans, advise on IAM and cloud architectures, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive value realization across the Ping platform. Occasional travel and after-hours coverage required.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to manage trade spend, analyze customer and channel performance, build financial models and ROI analyses, evaluate pricing and promotions, and support OOH/B2B profitability and investment decisions.
