The Agentic AI Product Manager will lead the AI product lifecycle, collaborating across functions to launch AI solutions integrated with ServiceNow, focusing on customer outcomes and market fit.

Manage a book of personal-lines business including renewals, remarketing, invoicing, endorsements, and claims assistance. Serve as primary client contact, collaborate with underwriters and sales, monitor reports, delegate to account associates, and mentor team members to ensure service, accuracy, and performance standards.

Build and manage relationships with regional wirehouses and financial advisors to generate asset growth and sales revenue. Deliver presentations, develop wholesaling plans, track activity, collaborate with internal wholesalers, manage territory expenses, and represent the firm at branch visits, seminars, and trade shows.

Support day-to-day follow-up, tracking and documentation of grants, co-investments and programme resources across partners and SNV-led activities. Verify disbursement documentation, monitor budget utilisation, support compliance and audits, track co-investment contributions, strengthen partner capacity, and produce analyses and reports to inform adaptive management and decision-making.

Provide clerical and secretarial support for a person or group: compose/edit correspondence, coordinate meetings and liaison activities, process invoices and administrative items, prepare reports and analyses, interpret policies, and perform other tasks as directed. Work in an office environment with standard equipment, following supervisor authorization and occasional independent decision-making.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; prepare quotes and orders; support sales and operations administratively; maintain customer relationships; follow contract requirements; process order changes/cancellations; provide product/pricing information and other related duties.

Support programmatic account teams to set up, monitor, optimize and report on OOH programmatic campaigns. Respond to briefs, manage delivery and pacing across DSPs and proprietary platforms, produce weekly/monthly performance analysis, assist reconciliation and pipeline management, and help optimize media supply and client relationships.

Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Act as liaison between business units and IT, evaluate user needs, design solutions, support system operations, ensure data security and integrity, and contribute to process improvement and departmental budgeting.

Drive account management and strengthen key relationships in Higher Ed sector, focusing on sales growth and strategic planning.

Provides electrical and instrumentation engineering support for a petrochemical terminal: manages technical documentation, leads capital projects (estimating, specification, bidding, commissioning), supports maintenance and DCS/PLC/HMI systems, participates in safety and risk programs, and represents the facility with customers and agencies. Requires site work, occasional travel, and driving a company vehicle.
