Support the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns, coordinating projects and events, conducting market research, creating and managing content for social media, email, and website, tracking campaign performance, and providing administrative support to ensure aligned and effective marketing initiatives.

Lead PMO governance and execution for channel partner programs: plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives, manage scope/schedule/budget, drive change management, stakeholder alignment, reporting, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for broker-facing insurance products. Manage email campaigns, broker segmentation, CRM data hygiene, and a library of sales enablement assets. Translate complex program details into clear marketing materials, collaborate with sales and underwriting for feedback, and measure campaign performance to optimize engagement.

Lead and execute One Omahas communications strategy across social, email, web, and print. Produce and edit mission-aligned content, manage multimedia assets, steward brand voice, handle media relations and press materials, maintain website and analytics, and collaborate with residents, partners, and the Executive Director to center community storytelling and support organizational communications needs.

Manage post-sales relationships for staffing and RPO clients: lead onboarding and integrations, build success plans, train client teams, analyze ROI metrics, drive adoption and upsell, and advocate customer needs to product and engineering.

Own North American pipeline targets and build the demand generation function: design and run events, webinars, executive programs and integrated campaigns, set channel targets and budgets, build tracking/attribution/reporting, partner tightly with Sales, iterate channel plays, and define the long-term demand gen playbook.
