Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops for enterprise application modernization. Analyze and document business processes, translate needs into user stories and functional requirements, create process maps, support UAT and solution validation, and maintain governance and SDLC documentation while collaborating with PMs, developers, and architects.

Partner with sales to gather customer requirements, design and demo Upshop SaaS retail solutions, scope SOWs, draft deliverables, lead discovery sessions, provide SME guidance, maintain demo environments, and hand off to project and customer success teams. Act as trusted advisor to executives, develop future-state roadmaps, reduce implementation risk, and support sales events and trade shows. Travel up to 30%.

Lead end-to-end IT sourcing for hardware, software, SaaS, and security services. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFx and negotiations, draft and manage contracts, perform market and TCO analysis, mitigate risks, manage supplier performance, and align cross-functional stakeholders to optimize cost, performance, and vendor portfolios.

Support the Controller in accounting and financial operations: review reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger activity, month and year-end close, audit and Form 990 preparation, maintain accounting policies and controls, assist subsidiaries' financial reporting, and provide guidance to staff.
