Leads service desk and help desk operations supporting large-scale DoD network and endpoint migration activities. Supervises Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support teams, manages ticket queues and escalations, coordinates with engineering and cybersecurity teams, supports user transitions and VIP customers, monitors service metrics, provides leadership reporting, and ensures compliance with ITSM processes.

Manages day-to-day service center administration, including order entry, invoicing, billing, collections support, forecasting, financial reporting, project data, work orders, expense tracking, and client submissions. Coordinates with customers, vendors, and operational management to resolve issues, improve procedures, identify cost savings, and support business objectives. Also performs basic network administration, shipping and receiving, and records retention.

Provides administrative and office support by managing correspondence, schedules, records, supplies, documents, data entry, meetings, onboarding, events, and minor office issues. Supports HR and operations teams while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, independence, teamwork, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Provides frontline Tier 1 technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Resolves basic hardware, software, account, peripheral, and network connectivity issues; installs and updates software; manages password resets and access problems; documents incidents and resolutions; maintains asset records; escalates complex issues; contributes to knowledge-base content; and supports mission-essential weekend operations.

Provides desk-side technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and infrastructure. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, responds to client service calls within service-level agreements, documents activity, manages parts and equipment inventory, and delivers customer support. Requires technical communication, travel to client locations, occasional overnight assignments, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a basic repair toolkit.

Manages assigned affordable housing communities, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, HUD, housing authority, and Fair Housing requirements. Oversees leasing, applicant eligibility, recertifications, waiting lists, rent collection, accounting records, vacancies, delinquencies, financial reporting, maintenance work orders, contractors, and assigned staff. Provides resident support, supervises operations, and handles challenging situations while maintaining service standards.

Assists the Site Leader with team onboarding, scheduling, coaching, customer service, membership and service sales, equipment checks, safety, cleaning, inventory, issue resolution, and daily site operations. Supports promotions, monitors sales activity, identifies operational improvements, and helps maintain a positive customer and team experience.

Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, secure, and support Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office, Java, Visual Studio, Raytheon EAGLE, SharePoint/Power Platform). Provide ticketing-system support to application owners and developers, implement DISA STIGS, perform upgrades/patching (may include occasional off-hours), and perform other assigned duties.
