Lead and develop the Customer Success team, own gross dollar retention and account health, partner with Sales on renewals and expansion, translate customer feedback to Product and Data Science, modernize CS tooling and incorporate AI into the retention and expansion motion.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable via Ramp, reconcile vendor accounts, administer corporate card and employee expenses, prepare month-end journals and reconciliations, support NetSuite accounting, partner cross-functionally on capitalization and event spend, maintain accounting process documentation, and assist with audits and financial projects.

Serve as the primary U.S. sales and use tax subject matter expert, conducting research, supporting compliance, guiding product taxability, managing nexus/apportionment, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to build scalable tax automation and documentation.

Manage end-to-end recruiting operations: source candidates on LinkedIn, coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain ATS data and pipelines, generate recruiting reports, own candidate experience through offer and onboarding, and provide white-glove support for senior/executive searches.
