The Transaction Coordinator at Transactly will manage real estate transactions, coordinate with clients and agents, maintain records, and utilize technology for task management.

Lead strategy and operations for Airbnb's ticketing business, owning supply activation, tickets sold, GBV, and guest experience. Drive cross-functional priorities with product, marketing, supply, finance, and partnerships using market intelligence, financial modeling, and growth levers to scale the business.

Review and prepare real estate documents for county recording, verify information via county indexes, support clients, track submissions and fees, reconcile basic accounting, and train colleagues on recording processes.

Serve as first contact for helpdesk tickets, resolve Tier 1/2 issues across macOS/Windows, manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle, lead IT knowledge management (Confluence/Helpdesk KB) with machine-readable documentation for AI assistants, and perform Tier 2 SaaS administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Freshservice).

Manage the final stages of mortgage loans to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings.
