The Salesforce System/Solution Architect will define the Enterprise Architecture roadmap for Salesforce, lead architecture and technical designs, implement secure solutions, and drive business transformation initiatives, while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Lead global sales strategy and revenue operations for the Tax & Accounting segment. Drive go-to-market execution, territory and quota planning, GTM governance (QBR, forecast, account reviews), analytics-driven insights, pipeline reporting, sales enablement, incentive design, and cross-functional transformation to improve forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

Serve as primary contact for funding holds, ACH rejections, and transaction exceptions. Collect banking documentation, monitor proprietary systems, resolve risk reviews, reconcile funds, enforce processor/card policies, educate partners, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to release funds and mitigate losses.

Solicit and manage commercial truck tire accounts, sell new tires, retreads and services, maintain account relationships, meet sales and profit goals, prepare weekly sales plans, use company billing systems, and travel regionally to call on customers.

Provide analytical and advisory support to financial advisors and clients on strategic growth, succession, M&A, valuations, capital structure, and charitable strategies. Produce financial models, reports, training materials, and marketing content.
