Field-based sales role managing a portfolio of franchise dealerships to grow relationships, increase loan production, prospect new dealer accounts, train dealership staff on products and processes, deliver presentations, provide financing solutions, monitor account performance, and represent Westlake Financial at events to drive vehicle financing and revenue growth.

Develops scalable, high-volume manufacturing processes, technologies, and test systems for medical devices. Connects research and design with manufacturing, reduces process variation, improves quality, partners with technology leaders, and ensures compliance with global process development procedures. Maintains process plans, manufacturing instructions, materials, and process implementation throughout the product development lifecycle.

Perform outbound prospecting to generate and qualify discovery calls and demos, manage pipeline to sales-accepted leads, use SDR tools, collaborate with account executives and sales engineers, and meet quota while sharing scalable outreach strategies with the SDR team.
