Manage full sales cycle, partner with inside sales and operations, maintain CRM discipline and forecasting, pursue pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and meet a $4M annual new-business quota.

Serve as a technical consultant and hands-on Java engineer for enterprise clients: integrate, configure, and maintain distributed Java services on AWS/Kubernetes; diagnose performance and integration issues; develop custom Java extensions; monitor production (logs, Grafana, CloudWatch); participate in L2 on-call; mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.
