Support legal project management initiatives across client portfolios: manage scoping, budgeting, billing arrangements, financial and matter-status reporting, monitor profitability and write-downs, improve revenue capture and efficiencies, implement matter setup and internal tools, and liaise with partners and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
