Promote, sell, and service Axogen nerve repair products across the Greater Atlanta territory to meet revenue targets. Manage territory accounts, inventory, expenses, and records; identify growth opportunities; deliver product training and presentations to medical staff; ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare guidelines; participate in ongoing product and skills development.

Manage day-to-day operations of a cold storage warehouse, including inventory movement, employee scheduling, safety and security programs, KPI performance, labor forecasting, cross-department collaboration, and team leadership to meet productivity, cost, and customer service goals.

Manage lighting and gear projects from approval to completion, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead and train junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform financial risk assessments, track project metrics, resolve escalations, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Participate in a structured training program to learn crane rental sales. Shadow sales reps, support customer visits, proposals, CRM updates, lift planning, branch operations, and safety initiatives while developing prospecting, territory management, and negotiation skills to progress into a Sales Representative role.
