Define vision and roadmap, assess workflows, prioritize AI-driven compliance features, partner with engineering/ML/design, validate with customers, support issue resolution, and produce clear customer-facing documentation while ensuring solutions are secure, explainable, auditable, and aligned with Workday's AI trust principles.

Manage payroll processing following departmental policies, ensure compliance with pay practices and payroll tax, handle related paperwork, identify and escalate issues, and support accounts payable and general accounting functions.

Manage project accounting lifecycle: set up and close projects, prepare client invoices, analyze reconciliations and unbilled amounts, attend project reviews, assist collections and special projects, and ensure contract compliance.

Lead technology-related SOX controls for financial reporting: scope and test IT controls, assess design and operating effectiveness, document deficiencies and remediation, support SSAE 18/SOC and SOD analyses, guide application change assessments, build stakeholder relationships, and develop direct reports.
