Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

About the Role

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Services Project Manager to coordinate WM software implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. This role is the day-to-day project-management contact for the client and works closely with solution consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to keep delivery on track.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on projects or defined workstreams of modest to moderate scope.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and status reports.

  • Coordinate WM implementation activities across business process, configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness.

  • Serve as the day-to-day project contact for client stakeholders and facilitate effective project meetings and communications.

  • Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and required client decisions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive timely completion of assigned actions and milestones.

  • Identify and escalate material risks, scope concerns, commercial matters, and cross-workstream issues.

  • Support transition to post-go-live stabilization and capture lessons learned.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, engineering, supply chain, logistics, information systems, or a related field.

  • 5 or more years of experience in project management, professional services, enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or a related field.

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a software, supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail, or consulting organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional contributors without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to travel to client or Manhattan Associates locations as required by project needs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Manhattan Associates WM software or another warehouse management system.

  • Understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, or related supply chain processes.

  • Experience with software implementation activities such as configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, or go-live stabilization.

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project-management training or certification.

Manhattan Associates Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Manhattan Associates and has not been reviewed or approved by Manhattan Associates.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation Pay is generally characterized as on par with industry standards and often described as fair or above average, with stronger competitiveness in certain roles and at higher seniority. The overall picture suggests a “solid but not standout” base-compensation experience that can feel better when variable pay or role leverage is higher.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits Well-being programs are positioned as a notable strength, including mental-health resources and support tools such as Headspace access, an EAP, and financial-wellness offerings. These lifestyle-oriented extras appear to elevate the perceived total rewards value beyond salary alone.
  • Parental & Family Support Family-support benefits are highlighted through caregiving assistance (e.g., Care.com access) and the presence of maternity and paternity/partner leave. The existence of dedicated family and caregiver support contributes positively to the overall benefits perception.
