Lead associate integration, onboarding, training, and development across project sites; design and execute training rollouts; facilitate/co-facilitate learning; coach leaders; monitor KPIs; manage logistics and stakeholder communication. Frequent travel to project sites (50-70%).

Support sales team by processing group contracts, reservations, and commissions; manage sales materials, coordinate logistics and site visits, assist with VIP bookings and event planning, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel sales operations.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Core Java microservices using Spring Boot. Lead architecture, optimize multithreading and SQL for large databases, implement CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers within a financial-services context.
