Outside Territory Manager responsible for B2B new business acquisition in the freight/logistics space. Duties include door-to-door cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, CRM tracking, selling and setting up new accounts, and managing accounts. Includes structured onboarding with classroom and in-field training and opportunities for advancement and recognition.

Lead client-facing execution of integrated digital marketing strategies (paid ads, SEO, email, social, landing pages). Manage multiple accounts, set KPIs, ensure quality, client retention, growth, and team coordination with copywriters and designers.

The role uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and customer portals to track service activity, compare reports, monitor compliance, communicate with field teams and distributors, and resolve customer issues. Strong organization, communication, analysis, and proactive problem-solving are required.

Coordinate development, formatting, and delivery of SOQs and proposals. Manage schedules, content, compliance, QA/QC, templates, and libraries while collaborating with marketing, technical staff, leadership, and subconsultants to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Manage day-to-day workplace operations to create a welcoming, organized office environment. Maintain supplies and common areas, coordinate vendors and facilities requests, handle mail and shipping, and support events and employee engagement. Serve as primary onsite contact for employees and visitors, partner with Facilities, People/HR and other teams, and continuously improve workplace experience.

Lead and develop a commercial sales team to drive revenue growth, new business, and customer retention. Oversee sales strategy, forecasting, CRM usage, pricing support, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to improve profitability and performance.

Support core accounting operations including collections for broker-related receivables, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining records, assisting audits, and participating in monthly and annual close. Collaborate with stakeholders and improve accounting processes.

Develop and manage relationships with independent mobile dealers, analyze territory opportunities, create and execute market penetration plans, prospect for new business, hit sales budgets, deliver presentations and product training, and provide customer support while traveling extensively within the assigned Southeast territory.
