The Tax Intern assists in client engagements and collaborates with professionals to identify and document government incentives, enhancing their consulting skills.

Responsible for leading UKG Ready payroll implementations, guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, and ensuring effective payroll solutions. Manage multiple projects and provide mentorship to other consultants.

Lead complex state and local tax compliance and consulting engagements; advise clients on multi-state income and franchise tax, nexus, apportionment, credits, audits, and restructuring; mentor and develop staff; drive business development; ensure technical excellence and collaborate across service lines.

Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives. Research prospects, identify pain points, set meetings with decision-makers, hit activity and quota KPIs, and progress through a structured SDR training and promotion path toward AE or partner roles.

Provide administrative and clerical support to a litigation team: draft and edit pleadings, e-file and manage court calendars, schedule meetings, handle billing, assist with trial preparation, maintain files, coordinate travel and expenses, and communicate with clients and vendors.

Manage design and drafting of precast concrete projects, produce engineering packages and drawings from construction documents, interface with sales/estimating/project teams and customers, mentor junior staff, perform field observations and report, and support fabrication/erection coordination.

Support identification, photographing, listing, and selling surplus warehouse inventory on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms. Manage product descriptions, customer inquiries, negotiations, shipping coordination, and track sales and inventory. Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and report performance. Gain hands-on e-commerce, inventory, and digital marketing experience in a warehouse setting.

Lead and coordinate field crews, schedules, and material/vendor logistics to ensure high-quality landscaping installations and ongoing production. Monitor irrigation and quality, train crews, manage documentation and reporting, handle customer walkthroughs, safety meetings, and collaborate with account and branch managers.

Own end-to-end product development for investor-facing experiences and internal AI tools: identify opportunities, gather user feedback, design and prototype solutions, write and maintain code, deploy limited-access internal systems, measure adoption and impact, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve investor engagement and operational efficiency.

Conduct in-depth investigations and identify discovery issues; collaborate with inside and outside counsel; develop strategic, case-specific discovery responses aligned with national litigation strategies; monitor and improve discovery processes in a fast-paced environment.
