Full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive responsible for prospecting, delivering tailored demos, qualifying buyer needs, building pipeline through outbound outreach, and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads via calls, email, and research; create personalized messaging; schedule demos; nurture prospects with marketing; track activity in CRM; and develop pipeline to hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Provide pre-litigation support for personal injury cases: gather and summarize records, maintain case files, prepare documents, communicate with clients and providers, schedule and coordinate meetings, and perform administrative tasks to support case managers and attorneys.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close for assigned areas. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis. Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and billing portals. Execute order-to-cash tasks including contract review, Salesforce to NetSuite sync, and sales order setup. Partner cross-functionally and assist with audit preparation.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: post openings, run advertising campaigns, screen and interview candidates, attend campus and outreach events, maintain records and recruitment metrics, extend offers, and assist HR leadership with job descriptions and special projects.

Support attorneys in all phases of mass tort litigation: legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, organizing exhibits and client files, attending trials and depositions, assisting with witness preparation and client interviews, managing support staff workflow, and performing routine office duties.

Lead and build the Infrastructure function, owning compute, orchestration, data, and serving systems to run millions of concurrent agents. Set roadmap for cost, reliability, scale, and iteration speed; hire and manage the infrastructure team, handle incident response, and optimize cloud spend while remaining an active engineer.

Perform corporate and property-level accounting for a real estate/property management firm: AP/AR processing, reconciliations, accruals and adjusting entries, financial statement compilation and reporting, budget development and variance analysis, mortgage loan management, and ad hoc accounting projects while supporting the Controller and executive team.

Lead roofing, building envelope, and construction projects from kickoff through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, client communication, documentation, and field coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Provide day-to-day HR support for manufacturing employees including recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll assistance, FMLA/leave management, employee-relations, compliance, training tracking, investigations, and HR policy implementation to support retention and workforce development.
