Provide administrative and leasing support for a 151-unit manufactured housing community. Duties include resident relations, processing rental applications, lease and move-in paperwork, rent collection support, data entry, office organization, property tours, and delivering customer service to prospective and current residents.

Provides administrative and fiscal support for a supportive housing program: collects rents and fees, maintains client finance ledgers and petty cash, handles banking and bookkeeping, tracks move-ins/outs and leases in RealPage, prepares monthly reports and billing, assists with staff scheduling and building maintenance, manages office supplies and mail, and performs other duties as assigned.
