Partner with department leaders on planning and variance analysis, analyze marketplace economics, support Board and sponsor reporting, and automate financial data flows from ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems. Present insights to executive leadership and deliver accurate, defensible ad hoc analysis.

Develops statistical and machine-learning models for pricing strategy, revenue optimization, demand forecasting, segmentation, and utilization analysis. Designs experiments, validates and documents models, prepares large-scale datasets, and partners with data engineering teams on scalable pipelines and deployment. Translates analytical outputs into pricing recommendations, dashboards, and decision tools while supporting governance, stakeholder presentations, and analyst enablement.

Performs clerical and records-management duties for the Orlando Police Department, including maintaining confidential police documents, processing public-records requests, conducting background checks, filing, answering phones, handling customer transactions, and maintaining cash-register accuracy. Supports the administration and maintenance of department records systems while exercising judgment in routing and fulfilling requests. A polygraph is required for applicants other than current OPD employees.

Supports attorneys with litigation preparation, hearings, trials, discovery, factual investigation, legal research, court filings, bankruptcy filings, trial presentations, deadline tracking, time billing, and client file management.
