Prospect into named enterprise accounts to generate pipeline for think-cell Essentials through research-driven multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn). Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, hand off to Account Managers, follow up on inbound/marketing leads, manage pipeline and activity targets, and keep CRM (Salesforce) updated while sharing field insights with sales leadership and marketing.

Provide technical and operational training for Garland product lines to Factory Authorized Service technicians and internal staff. Develop curricula, presentations, exams, and training materials; deliver classroom and field instruction on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair; assess and update training effectiveness and documentation; support escalations and coordinate field class logistics.

Build and tune SIEM/EDR/NDR/SOAR detections, scripts, automations, and dashboards. Support security platform engineering, evidence handling, stakeholder communication, and mentor SOC/IR teams. Contribute to red/purple team exercises and AI-assisted security automation to improve detection and response.

Design and lead architecture for scalable, secure cloud-native applications on GCP; define agentic AI architectures, APIs, and integration strategies; mentor teams, enforce governance, and drive DevOps, observability, and performance best practices.

Lead creative development for a 1-month pitch, focusing on bold, culturally relevant 360° campaigns with experiential at the center. Translate a central idea across live experiences, activations, partnerships, social, digital, OOH, and other touchpoints. Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to craft pitch-ready presentations and build fandom and earned attention for an entertainment brand.

Manage and grow parts and service sales within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, conducting on-site equipment assessments, proposing maintenance solutions and contracts, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining CRM records and territory reports to maximize uptime and profitability.

Manage a book of B2B client accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Monitor account health, run business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prevent churn, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and delivery to drive retention and growth.

Record and report gaming and non-gaming revenues, maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, assist with audits, budgets, financial analysis, and process improvements across Silverton-managed business units.
