The intern will assist in foodservice sales and marketing tasks, collaborate with teams, prepare presentations, conduct research, and support client relations.

Manage Mandarin-speaking Asia-based customers and agency partners to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Levanta's affiliate marketing platform. Act as primary contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, match customers with affiliates, monitor health metrics, and provide product feedback to improve customer outcomes.

Build end-to-end features in a JS/TS stack, designing scalable backend services and responsive real-time frontends. Improve observability, performance, and reliability, collaborate with product/design, and own full-stack implementation from APIs and data models to UI.

Lead ad tech and AI coverage for EMARKETERs subscription Briefings, producing ~10 data-driven newsletter pieces weekly, creating charts and reports, presenting insights at events, supporting sales and sponsored content, and serving as an industry subject-matter expert.

Process domestic and international wires, rejected deposits, ACH and check exceptions; verify account documentation and IRA/redemption entries; reconcile ledgers; investigate and correct check adjustments; handle death notifications; provide customer service and fraud identification; collaborate with finance and operations teams.

Own roadmap and backlog for internal billing and sender payment platforms. Partner with Finance, Sales, Data Science, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into prioritized product requirements, deliver scalable payment solutions, build reporting and instrumentation to monitor billing accuracy and platform health, and improve internal workflows to reduce manual effort.

Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for NSF MREFC funding applications and Major Facilities lifecycle reviews. Develop and review PEPs, WBS, cost estimates, IMS, risk registers, governance and operations plans; support readiness reviews, ICRs, cooperative agreement structuring, templates, and training for project teams and stakeholders.

Lead and deliver complex multi-disciplinary brand and design projects for global and local clients. Build consultative client relationships, translate strategy into creative execution, manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and maintain high creative standards while providing commercial leadership and inspiring colleagues.
