The Senior Software Engineer will design and build cloud-native applications, lead technical initiatives, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with the product team.

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to grow audiences, optimize revenue, and raise institutional visibility. Use audience research and analytics to inform campaigns, oversee paid media, manage media relations, collaborate across departments, and ensure consistent brand messaging and visitor experience.

Own customer data migration projects end-to-end: review, clean, map, import, validate, and QA records (events, tickets, customers, orders, donations, opt-ins, seating). Troubleshoot and monitor integrations (POS, CRM, marketing, reporting) using SQL, CSVs, APIs, webhooks, logs and admin tools. Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and processes to reduce engineering dependency and ensure production data accuracy.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and travel management, call/email screening, briefing prep, vendor and project deadline tracking, document preparation, CRM data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Lead design and maintenance of data warehouse architecture, schemas, and ETL to support reporting and BI. Provide Oracle DBA support (configuration, backup, tuning), integrate enterprise systems (Workday, Cayuse, Lawson), enforce data governance and security best practices, and collaborate across IT to document and optimize data solutions.

Manage and maintain AWS-based Linux, Windows, and container infrastructure; ensure security, performance, and availability; monitor systems and databases; troubleshoot complex issues; collaborate with development, operations, and security teams; coordinate connectivity with cellular providers; optimize cloud costs and implement automation and best practices.

Partner with the Founder to build and run company operations: translate vision into plans, lead hiring and training, create SOPs and KPIs, manage performance and escalations, oversee cross-functional leaders, and deliver projects on time while protecting quality and scaling service operations.

Escalation point for Level 1 tickets: diagnose and resolve complex Windows, M365, software, hardware, and network issues. Use ConnectWise Manage and Automate for ticketing and monitoring, perform occasional on-site client visits, participate in rotating on-call, document thoroughly, and collaborate to improve processes and client outcomes.

Senior HR leader responsible for building and scaling the People function for a high-growth AI software company. Partner with CEO and exec team to translate business strategy into people strategy, lead org design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, retention, leadership development, and employee lifecycle. Drive data-driven hiring, leverage AI and automation to scale HR operations, and build a high-performance culture through change management and leadership coaching.

Execute and own demand-generation across email/newsletters, events, content, and paid ads. Work with the founder on strategy, run campaigns end-to-end, measure outcomes, and attend a few events yearly. Role is full-time in-person (Denver) on a four-day work week.
