Leads ELPC’s digital content and social media strategy across multiple platforms. Creates short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and multimedia content; translates complex environmental and policy topics into accessible storytelling; manages communities and paid campaigns; monitors trends and social listening; and analyzes performance data to optimize content, engagement, audience growth, reach, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

Supports dual-credit students, faculty, and school district partners through admissions, advising, academic planning, registration, financial aid, and graduation processes. Coordinates dual-credit programs, maintains compliance with academic and regulatory requirements, assists faculty with rosters and grade reporting, and guides users through college technology systems. The role develops institutional partnerships, presents information to stakeholders, supports student success initiatives, and travels between campuses as needed, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Manages the internal IT support team, including work direction, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, KPIs, and customer service. Provides enterprise desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, VOIP, and fax server support; installs, maintains, patches, upgrades, and troubleshoots hardware and software. Maintains IT asset inventories and documentation, coordinates with systems administration on networking, servers, and cloud systems, and participates in occasional after-hours support.

Embed with Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and rep-facing ops. Own GTM tech stack administration and integrations, build AI-driven automations and SQL-driven reports, evaluate new tools, and resolve tooling/data issues to remove friction from selling.

Manages office facilities, building systems, maintenance requests, vendors, contractors, office moves, supplies, amenities, events, and access passes. Supports employee onboarding, IT access, leadership requests, landlord relations, reception, mail services, and workplace safety. Reviews project quotes, coordinates repairs and relocations, and provides administrative support while maintaining professional relationships and handling confidential information.

Own the Merchant Dashboard product strategy, roadmap, information architecture, personalization, interaction patterns, and monetization surfaces. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, data, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities, guide experimentation, and make product decisions. Advocate for merchants and communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Serve as a technical consultant and hands-on Java engineer for enterprise clients: integrate, configure, and maintain distributed Java services on AWS/Kubernetes; diagnose performance and integration issues; develop custom Java extensions; monitor production (logs, Grafana, CloudWatch); participate in L2 on-call; mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.

Own strategic projects from opportunity sizing through execution and scaling across renewable energy, battery deployment, retail supply, utility programs, M&A integration, partnerships, and commercial initiatives. Build business cases, unit economics, budgets, forecasts, and market analyses; track deal synergies through the P&L; and partner with finance and leadership on capital allocation. The role requires autonomy, commercial judgment, analytical strength, adaptability, and a strong commitment to decarbonization.

Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices. Responds to help desk tickets, troubleshoots desktops and mobile devices, assists with software installations and updates, documents resolutions, maintains IT asset inventories, supports patch management, and monitors system performance. Collaborates with international IT teams on global initiatives, standardization, documentation, and process improvements while developing technical skills through training and mentorship.

Own Anyscale’s compliance function, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, evidence collection, risk management, customer security diligence, contractual compliance obligations, and future certifications. Partner with security, engineering, IT, legal, sales, and external auditors to maintain audit-ready controls, improve evidence automation, and establish an enterprise-aligned compliance program.
