Translate data and models into decisions, drive adoption within workflows, build data literacy, and govern applied AI use. Partner with data and engineering teams on use cases while retaining accountability for business outcomes, prioritization, acceptance, and stakeholder alignment.

Supports influencer marketing campaigns by researching creators, assisting with outreach and onboarding, coordinating timelines and deliverables, monitoring content, maintaining campaign trackers, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports and presentations. Owns configuration management across drone platforms, including hardware, software, firmware, BOMs, revisions, variants, and product baselines. Establishes CM processes aligned with AS9100 and ISO 9001, manages SAP and Arena PLM data, leads configuration audits, ensures traceability, tracks configuration metrics, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Supports regulatory and customer audits, new aircraft programs, risk mitigation, and configuration control for military and commercial UAS products.

Lead engineering on a cross-platform web game: write code, build infrastructure, and influence game design. Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to prototype, ship features, and evolve a collectible card/deckbuilding roguelike. Start contract-to-hire with an initial part-time assessment.

Build foundational AI-enabled applications, prototypes, prompts, tests, documentation, and agentic automations. Translate defined requirements into software components, scripts, integrations, and workflow configurations. Support prompt engineering, retrieval-assisted use cases, API integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, and demonstrations. Apply software development lifecycle practices, data privacy, information security, compliance, and responsible AI standards while learning from senior team members.

Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and execute comprehensive development strategies, cultivate major gifts and institutional funding, oversee campaigns and events, manage and coach the development team, partner with the CEO and Board, and use data and CRM systems to measure and improve fundraising performance.

Own the architecture and technical direction for production ML inference and evaluation infrastructure. Responsibilities include GPU scheduling, Kubernetes-based autoscaling, model serving with vLLM and SGLang, cost-aware model routing, LLM evaluation pipelines, golden datasets, regression gates, and reliability engineering. The role also applies physics-informed ML to client and platform problems, establishes organizational standards, mentors engineers, and partners across infrastructure teams. This is a fully remote senior/staff individual contributor role limited to candidates in the United States and Canada.
