Provides high-level administrative and project coordination support to the President and CEO, General Counsel, and Executive Office. Manages complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, expenses, communications, and follow-up. Coordinates Board and Committee meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, and governance records. Supports contract and agreement tracking, document execution, legal documentation, and general office operations while exercising discretion, judgment, organization, and exceptional communication skills.

Collaborates with production, testing, and global manufacturing partners to improve reliability, manufacturability, and product maturity. The role also contributes to technology roadmaps, prioritizes complex projects, and mentors teams. Requires 10–20% international travel.

Supports strategic communications accounts by managing client materials, timelines, and deliverables; drafting press releases, pitches, op-eds, presentations, emails, and social content; conducting research; developing messaging; supporting media relations and reporter outreach; tracking coverage; and coordinating across teams. The Associate maintains organized project resources, manages deadlines, applies feedback, and helps advance client communications strategies for corporate, advocacy, and political clients.

Define and drive system-level SoC architecture for next-generation AI edge chips. Translate software requirements into hardware designs, specify memory, interconnects, I/O, coherency, security, and power; perform trade-off analysis and performance modeling; lead cross-functional teams from specification through pre- and post-silicon bring-up and optimization.

Manages day-to-day campus technology services, including computing systems, communications networks, hardware, software, infrastructure support, and IT service delivery. Supervises installation and maintenance activities, manages operational projects, supports systems planning and analysis, contributes to budgeting, evaluates technology purchases, and advises senior management on strategic direction. Own and scale Decagon’s paid social programs internationally, initially across EMEA. Manage LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and emerging channels; allocate six-figure monthly budgets; optimize campaigns; connect spend to pipeline and revenue; and develop attribution, testing, and repeatable playbooks. Partner with regional sales and demand generation teams on ABM, landing pages, and email while adapting programs to local markets, currencies, buying behavior, and GDPR requirements.

Represents Massachusetts state agencies and officials in constitutional, administrative, civil, and appellate litigation before state and federal courts. Defends statutes, regulations, policies, programs, and agency decisions; handles trial-court cases and approximately 80 annual appeals. Responsibilities include legal research, writing, and independently managing litigation while collaborating in a public-service environment.
