Lead radiometric calibration and image processing for multispectral infrared instruments, commission FireSat satellites, and develop/execute SBEM calibration plans. Implement production-ready pipelines, perform R&D to improve calibration, write production-quality code, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational remote sensing data products and services.

Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and internal developer tooling to scale a production SaaS platform. Improve performance, scalability, and security, integrate observability, build AI-assisted automation, support production debugging and incidents, and participate in on-call rotations while enabling strong developer experience and documentation.

Build full‑stack features that automate reporting and slide/document generation: database models, async workflows, UI components, AI insights, native charts, data sync optimizations, and integrations with BI and content platforms.

Write conversion-focused copy for nonprofit and mission-driven clients across paid ads, landing pages, A/B test variants, email and SMS. Build and maintain brand-specific AI writing agents, collaborate with strategists and designers, manage multiple client projects, and iterate copy based on test results and analytics to improve donation and acquisition metrics.

Own and execute global payroll operations and analytics: build pre-payroll audit reporting, run end-to-end US payroll cycles, manage payroll inputs and EIB uploads in Workday, coordinate with global payroll vendors and tax cases (OSV), investigate discrepancies, maintain payroll data, and improve payroll workflows and automation.

Lead regional product innovation initiatives including voice-of-customer research, new market introduction, TCO improvement roadmap, and the Genie Builder Program. Coordinate cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities, support demand generation, evaluate new products, and manage program execution and customer communications across global time zones.
