Transforms client and prospect data into analytics, decision-support tools, and transportation network solutions. The role gathers and validates data, performs ad hoc analysis, models and optimizes multimodal transportation networks, maintains analytics infrastructure, presents cost-effective recommendations, and collaborates with clients, prospects, sales, and solutions teams. The role requires extensive aerospace or defense export compliance experience, strong stakeholder management, regulatory writing skills, and 5–10% domestic travel.

Partners with sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategy and improve revenue operations across the Americas. Owns forecasting, pipeline health, territory alignment, CRM governance, quarterly planning, dashboards, lead routing, and GTM workflows. Design and review Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, optimize SOQL and bulk processing, manage CI/CD and version control, enforce security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), implement test automation, and coordinate releases and environment deployments while collaborating with admins, stakeholders, and other IT teams.

Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.

Provide senior-level technical support for a cloud backup platform by troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing logs, networking, Linux systems, and code. Escalate complex incidents, coordinate with product and engineering teams, maintain documentation, and design automation that scales support operations. Participate in after-hours, holiday, and weekend on-call coverage while working primarily 9–6 EST.

Leads the technical direction, architecture, development, and delivery of online account opening and loan application products.
