Partner with platform and client engineers to deliver enterprise features across web and native clients, establish technical direction, and shape the enterprise roadmap in a high-ambiguity startup environment.

Supports U.S. Navy surface ship programs through configuration management, engineering change control, HM&E systems engineering, and design support. Manages ECPs and SCDs, tracks equipment advisories and Naval messages, assists with design reviews, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to engineering studies, risk analyses, and performance evaluations. Supports enterprise sales opportunities from quotation through fulfillment. Works across sales, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, production, finance, tax, logistics, vendors, and customers to identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep enterprise infrastructure projects on schedule.

Own a portfolio of SaaS renewals from scheduling and customer confirmation through quoting, agreement execution, and signature. Maintain renewal forecasts, CRM records, contract data, and churn reporting. Identify at-risk accounts, route issues to Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, and surface retention patterns. The role also helps establish and document the company’s renewals process while managing a high-volume book of business with tiered customer engagement.

Answer inbound calls in a 24/7 call center, intake and enter medical orders, dispatch and track technicians, relay results and status updates, troubleshoot, create/distribute CD images, and maintain communication to ensure timely exam completion and high customer service.

Provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, including reviewing and entering sales orders, maintaining customer records, tracking deliveries, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, travel, events, supplies, and equipment maintenance. Acts as a liaison among customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, addressing order issues and customer concerns. The role is onsite, requires regular attendance, and involves occasional business travel and vehicle use for events, meetings, and errands.
