Lead cross-functional projects and product launches from planning through launch. Establish goals, timelines, ownership, and success measures; coordinate across Product, Curriculum, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Support. Supports facility HR operations: manages timekeeping and labor, recruits and onboards staff, maintains personnel files, ensures training/compliance, assists investigations, provides HR reporting and cross-trains on business office tasks.

Support the Director of Human Resources in daily HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits and leave management, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, investigations, talent management, and reporting. Serve as acting department leader when needed and help drive strategic HR initiatives and succession planning.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, acting as trusted advisor. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell/renewal opportunities, lead renewals and contract negotiations, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Legal and Executive teams, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, and support executive-level relationships.
